A message for our clients
In view of the changing situation caused by COVID-19, from REM Hostelería we want to give importance, in terms of comfort and hygiene, to the experience of our guests in our home. For this reason, our team is working on the necessary measures to guarantee the security, transparency and flexibility of all the changes caused by COVID-19. Rem Hostelería is following the recommendations of the protocols published by the Government and adjusting the cancellation and reservation policy as the situation develops.
We want to make it easier for you.
You can cancel for free up to 48 hours before arrival.
Se te cobrará la primera noche de la estancia si cancelas dentro de 1 día antes de la llegada o si no te presentas en el apartahotel.
A full deposit is required to confirm.
Given the exceptionality of the situation we are experiencing due to COVID-19, changes to the reservation will be allowed subject to availability and after confirmation by Rem Hostelería.
A refund is not possible in case of cancellation.
