Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

Yes, as long as you have selected a refundable rate in your reservation. If your rate is non-refundable, it cannot be canceled or modified.

What are the cancellation and refund conditions?

Depending on the rate you choose, you will have some conditions or others. You can see them when you select the rate in the reservation process.

Can I make a reservation if I don't have a credit card?

Lo sentimos, pero tu tarjeta de crédito es indispensable para hacer la reserva.

Can I pay for my bed / room in cash?

If your rate is refundable, the payment of your booking will be made directly at the flat, upon arrival. In the case of a non-refundable rate, the total amount of your stay will be charged at the time of booking.

I have not received confirmation of reservation.

Don't worry, call us directly at the flat to confirm your booking.

Do you accept long stays?

Our maximum stay is 7 nights, subject to availability.

I would like to make a group booking.

We will be happy to accommodate you in our flat. You can make your reservation through our groups page.

Can children under the age of 18 stay in the flat?

Yes, as long as they are staying in a private room accompanied by an adult.

When can I use my room?

At any time, from 2:00 p.m. 

What time should I leave it?

Until 11.00 a.m. If you left later, and without warning, we could charge you an extra charge. If you decide to extend your stay one or more nights, you must notify Reception before 11am.

How much does it cost to leave the Apartment later than 11.00?

We do not accept departures later than 11am.

During my stay, is there a check-in and check-out timetable in the flat?

No, our reception is a 24h service. You will only have to use your access card or security code.

Do you have a left-luggage office to leave my luggage?

We do not have this service.

How can I get to the flat from the airport and from the train station?

Go to the website of the flat where you are going to stay and consult our indications.

Are there hairdryers in the rooms?

We have hairdryers in all private rooms.

Are there towels in all rooms?

All our private rooms are equipped with towels.

Do you accept pets?

We're sorry. We only accept guide dogs in private rooms.

Is there bedding?

Sure, we provide you with all the necessary clothing. Private rooms include sheets and towels. 

Can I bring guests to the Apartment?

Everyone is welcome, but you cannot enter your room if you share it with other people. In this case we have common areas.

Do you have a washing machine?

Yes, all rooms have a washing machine.

Can I have a party in your flat?

Parties or events are not allowed in the accommodation, except with the express consent of REM Hostelería.

Can I cook in your flat?

Of course, you have a full kitchen in all rooms. The kitchen is equipped with:

  • Vitro
  • Oven
  • Microwaves
  • Fridge
  • Coffee maker
  • Toaster
  • Complete tableware
  • Cookware

Do you have lunch and dinner service?

We do not have this service.

Can I buy food on the street and eat it in your Apartment?

Yes, there is no problem as long as you do not do it in the room. We have a common area with tables and utensils.

Can I buy alcoholic beverages and drink them in your Apartment?

As long as it is done in private areas.

 

Rules

Check-in and Check-out hours

Check-in begins at 14:00 and Check-out ends at 11:00. 

ID

A European passport or ID card is required for check-in and to enter the room during the night. Reception service 24/7. The flat also reserves the right to identify any person inside the building.

Age restrictions

Children under 18 years of age must stay with an adult. In the case of a non-parent, a parental consent with a copy of the signed ID must be presented. They must always stay in a private room. If this rule is not complied with, the flat is obliged not to accommodate you. In the case of group accommodation, minors will be accommodated in rooms reserved exclusively for them, accompanied by their guardians/teachers and valid parental authorisations.

Payment of the reservation

All bookings with refundable rates are payable on the day of arrival. All bookings with non-refundable rates are payable at the time of booking. In case your booking consists of 6 or more places, the Apartment will send you a Charge Authorisation form to charge 100% for your stay.

Behaviour

Respect for other guests, neighbours and objects in the flat is requested. Failure to comply may result in being forced to leave the building.

No Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the building, as well as on the balconies. There are common areas for smokers.

No drugs

Drugs are illegal in Spain. If any guest consumes drugs in any part of the building, they will be forced to leave the facilities. No refund will be issued.

Personal items

REM Hostelería is not responsible for the personal belongings of the clients.
